Please note any orders placed on or after Friday 22nd December will be dispatched on 3rd January as the office will be closed.

For all orders above €50, Urban Veda Ireland will provide you with FREE delivery.

Delivery Charges:

Delivery within Ireland is charged at €5 including VAT per delivery, and we endeavour to deliver within

2-4 working days.

Returns Policy

We hope you enjoy using urbanveda products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return your product with a valid receipt. We will do our best to refund you within 10 days working days from delivery. Please include your name, address, order ID number and reason for returning.

We can process returns for urbanveda products purchased from our website only, please note if you bought your product from one of our stockists, you will need to return / exchange the product with them directly.

Incorrect or faulty items:

We rigorously check all items before we dispatch them, but if your item is faulty or you have received the incorrect order, we will refund your costs paid for the items and for initial delivery, as well as recorded delivery costs to return the item as long as you enclose a till receipt for the cost of returning the item to us.

Unhappy Urbanites:

If you choose to return an item for a reason other than it being faulty or incorrect, we can only refund your initial costs and not the cost of return to us. Please use recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
